Thing 3

I like the Stand App becuaus it is easy to sit for long periods without even realizing.  I tend to sit at my desk before school for quite some time and I should try this app.  I usd it while working on this thing and I set it for 15 minutes.  An alarm tells you when the time is up, you can go to the app and can complete exercises according to the list. I did have issues when tyring to view it in landscape mode at first.  I seemed like the app was stuck.  Even so, I believe it serves a great purpose of activity reminder.
